“We want you to feel confident to tell us of any problems, or how to complain if you think something’s not been resolved,” Rob Burrows, Muir’s Customer Communications and Engagement Partner said.

Make Things Right video “Listening and acting on your feedback is important to the way we deliver and improve our services.

“By supporting the ‘Make Things Right’ campaign, we want to show you how committed we are to making things right, and how you can let us know if something’s not.

“We’ll be highlighting the ‘Make Things Right’ campaign in the next few weeks on our Facebook page – it’ll provide you with some simple information that’ll make sure you know what to do – so be sure to follow us on Facebook so you don’t miss anything.”
