Health and Wellbeing Initiatives

Muir holds regular health and wellbeing initiatives in line with the Association's events calendar to provide information to our staff on a variety of wellbeing issues.

Some of the initiatives have included:

Time to Talk Day - Taking some time to catch up with a colleague for a cup of tea and a chat.

Stress Awareness Month - Posting pictures of some of the things you do on Twitter to help your wellbeing throughout the month. Share them with colleagues in your team meetings or during online sessions designed to help staff deal with high-pressure situations.

Walk this May - Staff either laced up their walking boots, tightened up their trainers, or simply stepped outside to participate in National Walking Month in recent years, with participants entered into prize-winning draws.
