Jackie cares deeply about delivering great services that make a real difference, helping improve people’s quality of life.

She truly believes that providing a safe and secure home is one of the most important things you can do for someone.

 Since joining us in 2016 as Housing Services Manager, Jackie has taken on several leadership roles — becoming Assistant Director of Customers and Communities, then Executive Director of Customer Experience in 2023; and stepping into her current role as Executive Director of Customers and Colleagues in 2025.

Jackie leads the Customers and Colleagues Directorate with heart and purpose, making sure both customers and colleagues have the best possible experience. She knows happy colleagues and happy customers lead to the best outcomes, and is passionate about creating a culture where everyone feels valued, listened to, and empowered.

Jackie is a strong advocate for the resident voice and works to make sure it’s embedded in everything we do. She also supports our National Residents Group, helping strengthen our customer voices so they can influence and shape the decisions we make.

With over 25 years’ experience in the social housing sector, Jackie is a qualified housing professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and a certified Executive Coach and Mentor.
