MPS incorporated the windows and doors workstream into their fold in 2019, and have been fitting them to enhance properties for Muir residents ever since.

TWEEDSMUIR RESIDENTS GET NEW KITCHENS AS MUIR REVAMPS SHELTERED SCHEME WITH MPS
QUALITY new kitchens were installed for residents at Muir’s Tweedsmuir sheltered housing scheme in Chester.
The kitchen revamp comes after residents had new bathrooms fitted at the scheme, which underwent a full refurbishment during 2019.

'GORGEOUS' NEW BATHROOMS INSTALLED BY MPS AT A MUIR SHELTERED HOUSING SCHEME
RESIDENTS at Muir’s Tweedsmuir sheltered housing scheme in Chester have benefitted from ‘gorgeous’ new bathrooms installed by the MPS team.
A programme of planned works was rolled out which saw new bathrooms installed throughout the accommodation.
MPS revamped the facilities, with easy-to-access wet rooms becoming part of the fixtures and fittings.

WHEN it’s time to give your bathroom a shiny new upgrade, Muir will be in touch.
A member of the MPS (Muir Property Solutions) team will arrange to visit you to discuss your requirements.
Upgrades take about ten working days on average, and any disruption will be kept to a minimum.

NEW REPAIR TOOL IS JUST THE JOB FOR MUIR RESIDENTS
THE use of a new online management tool is providing a more efficient service for Muir residents.
Muir Group Housing Association’s in-house contractor, Muir Property Solutions, began using the Accuserv tool earlier this year, helping to streamline operations and respond to customers quicker.
MUIR MAINTENANCE TEAM PROVIDES PLENTY OF PROPERTY SOLUTIONS
MUIR has been making great strides in improving the maintenance it delivers since committing a sizeable investment to the service area in April 2015.
The housing association hit the nail on the head when it opted to purchase OP Building Maintenance, now known as Muir Property Solutions, to ensure properties continue to be at their best.
