MUIR Property Solutions takes great pride in providing planned maintenance and responsive repairs to more than 3,500 properties in the North West.

Having become part of Muir Group Housing Association in 2015, MPS has seen its reputation for delivering high service standards continue to grow, completing thousands of maintenance jobs in Muir homes each year.

Our 'right first time' philosophy is one of the major driving forces behind the achievements being made at MPS, and we continue to raise the bar by constantly seeking to enhance performance and efficiency.

Available 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year, MPS operatives are properly equipped for every purpose.

MPS deal with a huge variety of maintenance issues, including responsive repairs, planned upgrades such as kitchens and bathrooms, aids and adaptations, doors and windows, periodic testing, and prepare empty properties (voids) for new tenants.

MPS also tackle grounds maintenance issues including fencing and resurfacing, while taking measures to reduce our carbon footprint by recycling the waste from the various jobs we do.
