Muir Welcomes Julie
Muir is delighted to welcome Julie Windass on board as our new Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development
Julie will oversee all aspects of human resources and staff development for Muir’s 174 strong workforce.
Julie said: “I’m delighted to join Muir. I’m passionate about the positive role HR has to play in supporting organisations such as Muir make a difference in the community by utilising innovative practices and engaging and supporting employees to deliver exceptional services . I look forward to using my experience to support Muir and its staff, and help the association achieve its goals.
“I love working in the housing sector. I believe that everyone has the fundamental right to have somewhere they feel safe – somewhere to call home. I enjoy working in a sector that makes a difference to people’s lives. I’m very proud to work in housing and I’m pleased to join an organisation which shares these values.”
