On Board

We would like to wish Duncan Inglis all the best after he recently stepped down from the Muir Board.

Duncan, who had been with the board since 2013, has left to take up a position with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Outside of his role with the board, Duncan is a director of a specialist regeneration consultancy and a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in property development and area based regeneration.

He has played a key role in putting together complex regeneration projects for a range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, regeneration agencies and housing providers. He was also a member of the Strategic Performance and Value for Money Group, Remuneration and Human Resources Committee and Friends of Muir.

David Booth, Chairman of Muir, said:

“I would like to thank Duncan for the valuable contribution he has made to the Muir Board. His knowledge of the housing industry, particularly surrounding regeneration projects, is second to none. We wish him well in his new role with the HCA.”
