Chris Morris

Muir Board Member Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience working in the public and private sectors.

He has worked in social housing since 2010, at various housing providers across the North West, covering all aspects of property services including investment delivery, asset strategy sustainability, compliance and repairs.

He is currently Executive Director of Customers and Communities and Plus Dane Housing.

Prior to this, Chris was Director of Property Services at Progress Housing Group and also spent more than five years as the Head of Asset Management at Onward Homes. 

Chris lives in Liverpool and enjoys long walks with his Chocolate Labrador and Border Terrier, and is an armchair Liverpool FC fan.
