Debbie Griffiths - Board Chair
Debbie is a Professionally Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring.
She has over 40 years' experience of working in the social housing sector with both local authority and housing associations.
Debbie worked in a range of roles and operated at a senior executive level for over 20 years, including being Chief Executive of The Housing Plus Group for 13 years; retiring from that role in 2016.
She has a track record of working at Board level with particular knowledge and experience of housing management, asset management/investment and care and support, as well as considerable experience in strategic planning, governance, risk management and financial planning.
Debbie now works part-time as an executive coach-mentor and housing consultant.
She is also a Non-Executive Director of The Wrekin Housing Group, where she is Senior Independent Director and Deputy Chair, and also Chairs the Finance and Investment Committee.
