Nora is the Founder of Chrysalis CX, an independent customer experience consultancy that helps organisations design better customer and colleague experiences.

With over 30 years of experience across a number of sectors including Housing,Nora is passionate about putting customers at the heart of decision making.

She's a Non-Executive Director of Chrysalis Supported Association, where she chairs the Tenant Sub Committee to strengthen tenant voice and mentors aspiring customer experience professionals.
