Have you ever thought you could help make things better? Join our NRG and help make things easier, smarter and better, for everyone!  

We’re inclusive, so training, guidelines and support are provided so you can un derstand how we operate within the social housing sector. We provide a device for you to access information and will reimburse reasonable expenses.

You’ll work alongside the Board to make a positive difference for you and your fellow residents. 

Founded in 2018, the NRG has been key in many of our social investments – helping maximise peoples quality of life.

How will I know if I’ve been selected for an interview?

We’ll contact you to let you know, normally within ten working days.  

Where will the interview take place?  

Either online using Microsoft Teams or in person at our Chester Office.  We’ll cover the cost of reasonable travel expenses.  

Who will be on the interview panel?  

The panel will normally consist of our Executive Director Customer Experience and our NRG Chair, who’s a resident, just like you.
