Emma Seddon - Community Housing Manager 

Having worked in housing for more than 15 years, I've gained experience in various roles including Asset Management and Income Services before becoming a Community Housing Manager.

I manage a team who cover everything housing related and enjoy nothing more than seeing the positive impact we make on people’s lives and the communities they live in. 

 

Andrew Greening - Income Services Officer

I have been involved with social housing since 2001, but prior to that I spent 16 years in the Royal Air Force and Civilian Police.

Within housing, I have had varied roles working in homelessness, anti-social behavior and with the border agency housing asylum seekers.

Now covering Winsford, Nantwich and Crewe with Muir, part of my role is rent recovery, however, the financial welfare of all our residents is at the forefront of my work - especially making sure that all benefit entitlements are being granted.

I am also the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Champion for the Cheshire East team. Muir residents deserve to enjoy living in peaceful communities and I like being able to help make that happen.

 

Jamie Hogarth — Tenancy Services Officer

I'm responsible for covering Glebe Green, St Chads and Lockett Close. 

I've lots of experience working within and alongside social housing, social services and various other organisations.

I strive every day to help our residents live a more positive, happy life; and one that's free from harm.

Within the community, I hope to reduce anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping while trying to support community spirit and be someone people can talk to for support and advice.

 

Lynne Rowell - Income Services Officer

Before coming to Muir I worked in banking for more than 30 years.

Now I use some of my banking experience to help Muir residents manage their rent accounts.

The role always keeps me very busy and the areas I cover are Warrington, Stockport and Middlewich.

 

Alison Reade - Tenancy Services Officer

I enjoy working with Muir residents in our Warrington and Stockport areas - helping to resolve any issues and trying to maximise their quality of life.

It's great to meet them whenever I can and knowing I can help make a difference is one of the most rewarding things about my role.

 

Paul Taylor - Tenancy Services Officer

It's great playing a part in the lives of Muir residents living on our Glebe Green estate in Winsford.

I really enjoy being able to help them in my role as a Tenancy Services Officer and having fun at any Muir events we're hosting in the community - bringing everyone together.

 

Ross Turner — Tenancy Services Officer

I'm responsible for the Cinnamon Brow area of Warrington and Middlewich.

I've worked in social housing for over 16 years and have worked closely with the Police, Citizens Advice Bureau and social services to ensure that residents have all the support needed. 

I've worked extensively with numerous homelessness teams and always strive to help those most in need.

I enjoy being out on site in the community, carrying out inspections to try and make sure residents have an area they can be proud of and enjoy.
