Muir staffJo Worthington — Community Housing Manager

I've worked in various roles across a number of housing organisations in a career spanning more than 20 years; leading on a range of different services including Community Safety, Tenancy Support & Safeguarding and Neighbourhoods.

The team manage everything tenancy, estate and income management related. This includes letting our properties, dealing with anti-social behavior and collecting rent.

I like to get out and about across the schemes the team cover. It's really rewarding to have a positive impact in our communities and make a real difference.

Muir staff Lauren Albiston — Community Housing Assistant

I enjoy my role because it's really varied and enables me to engage with residents and help people to secure housing.

I feel like I’m making a difference because everyone needs a roof over their head and when we're able to provide that it feels great.

I deal with a variety of different issues and lots of different people.

Muir staffPam Bruce — Tenancy Services Officer

I have over 25 years of experience in the property sector, and have spent more than ten of those working for housing associations.

I cover Northwich and parts of Winsford, both of which are beautiful places.

I'm passionate about my job and love meeting new people and going that extra mile to help. My role is extremely varied and can be challenging but extremely rewarding.

Joanne Davies — Income Services Officer

Before becoming an Income Services Officer, I spent time as a Tency Services Officer and also worked in Muir's Customer Experience Team, which was a great way to understand how to help residents overcome issues they face.

I love my role supporting residents and really enjoy meeting people when I'm visiting those communities. You never know what each day will bring!

Muir staffJames McAney — Tenancy Services Officer

I started working in housing in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was a really interesting time to make that transition.

The main focus of my work has been around complaints and learning from customer feedback.

Working in the Tenancy Services Officer role really gives me the opportunity to spend time with our customers and make a difference for them.

I love a challenge and I’m a natural problem solver who feels genuinely passionate about improving services for customers.

My housing career began in 2009; and since joining Muir in 2017 I've loved helping residents in various communities.

I currently cover the Cheshire East and West rural areas and really enjoy my conversations with our residents and helping them manage their rent accounts.

But I also just catching up with them to see how they're doing.
