Cheshire West residents are always welcome to call the team via 0300 123 1222. These people are here for you.
Jo Worthington - Community Housing Manager
I've worked in various roles across a number of housing organisations in a career spanning more than 20 years; leading on a range of different services including Community Safety, Tenancy Support & Safeguarding and Neighbourhoods.
The team manage everything tenancy, estate and income management related. This includes letting our properties, dealing with anti-social behavior and collecting rent.
I like to get out and about across the schemes the team cover. It's really rewarding to have a positive impact in our communities and make a real difference.
Rob Burrows - Tenancy Services Officer
Previously a Sport and Community Development Officer for a Local Authority, I now cover Muir's Northwich and rural Cheshire communities.
I always enjoy being out and about, meeting residents in the area and assisting them.
Every day presents new challenges, so it’s not a job that ever gets boring.
David Elsby - Income Services Officer
I really enjoy my role and always try to help my residents find a way forward when they have financial difficulties.
This may involve signposting them to Muir’s Tenancy Support Officers or third party organisations to help them maintain their tenancy.
I cover the Chester and Blacon areas.
Rachael Dodd - Tenancy Services Officer
I began working in housing in 2016 having previously worked in customer service.
Since then I've enjoyed various roles including Housing Assistant and Supported Housing Officer.
I cover Chester, Tattenhall, Tarvin and Farndon and really enjoy seeing residents making their house a home.
Amanda Thomas - Income Services Officer
My housing career began in 2009; and since joining Muir in 2017 I've loved helping residents in our Ellesmere Port, Northwich and rural Cheshire areas.
I really enjoy my conversations with our residents and helping them manage their rent accounts.
But I also just catching up with them to see how they're doing.
Ross Turner - Tenancy Services Officer
I cover Blacon, Ellesmere Port, Frodsham and parts of Chester and really enjoy visiting after a new resident has set up home. It's great to see people put their own stamp on a property.
It's very rewarding to see the excitement on new residents faces - even more so the excitement of any children that are involved.
Providing people with a new home is one of the most enjoyable parts of my job.
