Simon Rudkin - Community Housing Manager

I've worked in Housing for more than 20 years and enjoy every minute.

I manage a team of dedicated staff who provide homes and support to our residents on a wide variety of housing-related matters. 

I'm particularly passionate about providing local homes for local people. I have three children and one grandchild, so I understand the importance of affordable housing being available to those wishing to remain close to their family.

 

Jane Campbell - Tenancy Services Officer

Since completing my Postgraduate Degree in Housing in 2002, I have worked as a housing officer for several social landlords.

I now cover Muir communities in Godmanchester, St Neots, Offord, Ramsey and Northampton, as well as some temporary housing in Huntingdon.

I have good working relationships with many professionals within the areas I cover including Police, Local Councils, Social Services, Environmental Health and food banks.

I thoroughly enjoy the role and am passionate about supporting and assisting residents, as well as striving to achieve excellent customer service.

 

Julie Clark - Tenancy Services Officer

I've been a Housing Officer for the majority of my working life and have almost 30 years of experience.

I love my role covering towns and villages in Huntingdonshire and parts of Peterbrough.

The main part for me is supporting and helping to make a difference to people’s lives and the communities in which they live.

 

Graham Dean - Income Services Officer

Previously an Estate Manager when I first joined Muir, I've been helping residents as an Income Services Officer for more than a decade.

I cover properties within the Huntingdonshire, Northampton and Fenland areas.

Passionate about making a difference to residents' lives, I enjoy assisting and supporting them to sustain their tenancies with Muir. 

 

Charlotte Gout - Senior Tenancy Services Officer

With 20 years of experience in the housing sector, I’m passionate about ensuring residents feel supported and happy in their homes.

 As a Senior Tenancy Services Officer, I work across Muir’s communities in Melton Mowbray, Swinstead, Bourne and Baston – supporting both residents and the East Team to achieve positive outcomes and build thriving communities.

 

Sue Harris - Housing Services Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in housing, i am passionate about helping as many residents as possible.

This can obviously come with challenges, but every person that I deal with can be sure that I give 100% in everything that I do.

The areas I manage are Worcester, Hereford, Caldicot, Reading and Lower Earley -  a mixture of flats, maisonettes and houses.

In all these areas I have worked hard to establish good working relationships with other professional people and organisations.

I enjoy helping to make the estates happy places to live, and the houses they people live in become homes.

 

Sarah Thwaites - Community Housing Assistant

I enjoy my role because it's really varied and enables me to engage with our customers on a daily basis.

I'm responsible for contacting prospective tenants and assisting with allocating our homes. 

My role also involves supporting our customers, and my colleagues in the East housing team, by completing a variety of general administrative tasks.

 

Sherralyn Webb - Income Services Officer

I look after the rent accounts for tenancies located in Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and some of our stock in Cambridgeshire.

What I most enjoy about my job is talking to our residents, whether in person or over the telephone and helping and supporting residents when required. 

I have worked at Muir since 2007, as both an Income and Housing officer but have also worked in many different areas of the housing sector throughout my career.   

 

Steven Woodford — Tenancy Services Officer

I enjoy working in housing and have more than 12 years' experience working with residents, homeless people and ex-offenders 

My patch covers properties within the Huntingdonshire, Northampton, Grantham, and Fenland areas.
